Yorkshire curd tarts

I had a very busy baking day today. Our main sponge cake maker is away, and I didn’t have much prep done. I decided to try curd tarts as I had a tub of cottage cheese to use. I wonder if they will be popular?
Bonnie gets rather bored on baking day as she has to stay out of my way. I did take her for a brisk walk, and she spent some time playing with a soda bottle, which makes a fantastic noise when she throws it down the stairs!
