Long day today, but I got a pub lunch out of it!

Found out today that The Electric Cinema is closing, and quite likely to be turned into flats... Ordinarily I would've been absolutely gutted by that, however it turned out it actually closed today, and we only found out because a film festival in Brum posted about how sad they were not to to be able to have films there for the festival this year. Rich was a gold patron member, meaning he paid quite a big annual fee, but he hadn't been notified at all. In fact, there's nothing on The Electric's website (just a complete lack of any upcoming showings) nor their social media accounts... We're both now genuinely miffed because how is that any way to treat folks who paid quite hefty chonker annual fees to support you?!
