During this week, from Monday to Thursday, Lanarkshire ice rink hosted the top ladies curling competition - the Henderson Bishop.  Teams from all over Scotland, North, south, East and West came to play.  Ladies who lived locally set up different displays of goods to sell; jewelry, curling equipment and flower displays.  This blip doesn't do this stall justice, as it was hurried and is not in focus.  The icing on the cake for us at Lanarkshire was that we won the competition - the first time since the 1981 - 82 season.  Well done to everyone involved.
