Busy day

Wednesday is my busy day - but in a good way.. Starting with an hours rowing with the Dawn Raiders before work. I then went to one of our libraries to train a few members of staff on running class visits in the library and help them plan their first few sessions. I will be there with  them for their first session to support them.
After work, I went to Biodanza. It was a really lovely evening, but I wasn't back home until 10:30..
