Lychgate

I made a fool of myself today.  There was a church meeting at 12 mid day which I wrote down as 1 pm - getting confused with the 1st of March I think.  Anyway the Vicar was very kind which actually made me feel worse rather than better.  I don't normally make that kind of mistake.

Anyway, a good excuse for a Church blip - but that Iron Bark up the end in front of the Church door spoils it a bit.  The tree itself is really lovely, black trunk, blue-ish foliage and pink flowers in Spring.  Eucalyptus sideroxylon.  It's just in the wrong place.
