Leap

It's been four years. Then, I was doing one of the last "cultural" things I did before the pandemic shut us down. Four years!

Today I went to work, cycling round the Roseburn path in order to get some exercise (whilst I still can). I was feeling a bit better than Wednesday, but my heart rate still rose overnight, which I was quite irritated by.

I guess that taking an early cycle around the paths, knowing there was no risk of hitting a patch of ice (which has kept me off the paths for the last few months) was probably the highlight. As happens every year, time is accelerating. January drags. February shoots by. Before long, we will be counting down the days to Christmas....
