Just spent an interesting evening in Glasgow. I met Mandy after work and had booked a table for dinner but that didn't work out as expected. The table was booked for 5 pm but when we arrived the door was locked, they didn't answer the bell nor the telephone. We were not the only people waiting outside. I can't comment on the food as we didn't wait. So I cannot recommend ristorante Teatro in Elmbank Street Glasgow. We went round the corner and had a very nice meal at a Japanese restarunt including some amazing black sesame seed ice cream.

Back to Patricio Gouguenheim who was a city banker in Argentina. He spent his life savings on an old vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina. We met Patricio at a wine tasting organised by Naked Wines where we tasted some great wines and ordered several bottles.
