Neolithic weaving
we visited the museum of prehistory at Belesta today. Neolithic remains were found in a nearby cave in the 1980's including a collection of pottery in remarkable condition considering its over 6,500 years old! I was fascinated that they found evidence of quite sophisticated weaving at that time.
Extra is of the church next to our house. It stands out well on many of the approach roads to Thuir and I like how it looks now with all the fields of blossom in the area.
