An historic ruin
This is one of my favourite places to visit, just a 15 minute drive from home. Nendrum, an early apostolic Christian site that dates back to the 5th century, its worth a lookup on google. What I try to do here is find new angles and lines to follow when taking photographs. In this case I was standing against the front wall of the church ruin looking toward the stub of the round tower. This site is usually clear from tourists as its well off the tourist trail hidden in a corner of Strangford Lough, however today it was bitterly cold with a stiff breeze.
