Sunshine and showers

An amazing thunder storm kept us awake for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. I nearly leapt out of bed! Today a mixture of sunshine and showers with some hail. We managed an 11 mile walk through lanes which was a pleasant surprise. We had expected that we'd walk for an hour then head back! Everywhere is just so wet! Please stop raining.
