Trees for Joe

Joe Tree started the whole mad Blip thing and I must say he could have picked a warmer sunnier day. This morning wasn’t too bad but this afternoon was cold dark wet sleety and generally not the day to decide to go to Buttermere and photograph the famous Buttermere tree. So that’s where we went.
We didn’t go any farther I’m afraid, we were just too cold.
Then we warmed up in the cafe and went home via Booths for provisions.
In the end I haven’t blipped the Buttermere tree, this is the Buttermere pines.
