New church

This is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm not sure but would guess that it was built in the late 60's/early 70's. I often wonder if places like this will still be around in years to come and whether people will marvel at the architecture. I think not! I have always quite liked the 'spire' though.
It's been an odd day today. Mr CG got a new job and will be starting on Monday and my freind told me she is getting a divorce after 28 years of marriage. I am happy and sad at the same time.
