Council Planning Decision awaited.

I’m standing on a boundary footpath of a housing development (behind me to the south). All of the land to the trees is within the scope of a Planning Application for more than 200 houses; the residential development was proposed in 2013. The current detailed bid by a house builder was lodged on 14 Dec 2021, a Decision is still awaited today. The Council Planning website site shows that the opinion of a KC has been sought by the top Edinburgh lawyers representing the builder.
