Pogaça

Having scrubbed every inch of the house already, today my Mum made pogaça (that should be a soft G, but I can't find one on this keyboard), a traditional Turkish pastry with white cheese and parsley in the centre. They are usually eaten for breakfast or with tea, and my Mum loves to bake them. I now have a freezer drawer full of them, so that should keep us going for a while!
