McDonalds at last

Another difficult morning for Rafi. Visits this afternoon from Grandma, Kiera, Nina and Luke. Kiera had promised Rafi a McDonalds so even though it was far too late I had to drive to Epsom to fetch one. Rafi was tired, but managed half a double cheeseburger and some banana milk shake.
His new medication was started today, but wasn't given until this afternoon when he was calmer, so I'm not sure if it helped or not
