First Aid

Earlier in the week I had trouble locating the duty first aider at work. Another colleague had fallen and suffered  cuts and bruising.  We have a sick room and Sophie was able to treat herself with the equipment in there so it wasn't too bad in the end.

Today I audited the parkrun kit.  Our gloves are out of date so I need to replace them.

This job evolved into several other parkrun admin jobs but I didn't get to the risk assessment review that's on my list.

I am still feeling quite rough with coughing and congestion hindering sleep.
