Nosy

Shall I compare thee to a nose,
a nosy nose that resides
on the face of a nosy person,
(a nose is a nose is a nose?) for
surely you must have been told
that it's rude to stare
(and to stick out your tongue)
though, to be fair,
there is a man out here
with a camera who appears
to be staring straight back at you.
Though, again to be fair,
you are looking through a window
(haven’t you heard of curtains?)
that faces straight
onto the street,
so does that put you
in the public domain
and make you fair game
for any passing photographer?
I only ask this in passing.
