Indian Rock
Painting rocks is a thing on the Clyde Coast.
The Isle of Cumbrae boasts more than most and the most famous is Crocodile Rock by the promenade in Millport.
Indian rock is on a cliff face midway along the east shore. First painted 1920.
Then there is the Maids of Bute at Tighnabruich in the Kyles of Bute much lusted after by the crew of The Vital Spark and skipper Para Handy- ‘Chust Sublime’
