Buttercups, drizzle and additions to houses

The buttercups have done really well this year - here's another field full. The house has had the solar power cells added. We live in a Conservation Area which means to make any changes to property permission is required. It does not seem to apply to these power cells though. They wouldn't have generated much today through the low cloud and drizzle.
