4th time

I think this is the fourth "leap day" in my blipping history - the others being in 2012 , 2016, and 2020.   But in none of them do I appear to have referred to the special day, nor to the tradition that this was the day on which women could ask men's hand in marriage .

A rather outmoded and stereotyped tale, but this little biscuit is a slight romantic touch for the day - and it was a present from me to Cathleen !
