The Falkirk Wheel

16.00  -  5°C  -  8 mph ENE Wind Speed  -  16 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Brief Sunny Spells.  This is a momento that I brought home when I visited the Falkirk Wheel with my youngest son years ago.  The Falkirk Wheel is the world’s only rotating boat lift and links the Forth & Clyde Canal to the Union Canal 35 metres above, with a great form of engineering allowing vessels to be lifted up and over.  You read more about it here!
