Waiting for the man

Simon Armitage at the Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival weekend,
He was good , well, more than good. Funny and modest. In answer to a question he delivered a statement, a view on nature and poetry, that was inspiring. 
We went early and had a lovely day in this town, and by the Lower Otter, celebrating books by the sea, even though the wind and the hailstones were wild at times. I love Budleigh
