Nuts about nuts
Our book group meeting on Thursday was at Kate's house and amongst other snacks (and wine) she produced some salted Marcona almonds that were delicious. She'd bought them from a Spanish stall on Saffron Walden Market and warned they were quite addictive.
We were there today, looking a a new design for our kitchen (exciting!), so I bought some...
They are simply delicious, though the only ingredients are salt, sunflower oil and nuts. There were a lot more on this plate when I started photographing...
