The Parish Council have a thermal camera from the District Council to show how our homes retain heat. A & R  came around this evening to do our house. Interesting results. One cannot do anything to the Victorian bricks, but the loft insulation that was moved by the electricians a few months ago and not put back, should be rectified by the landlord, I think.
