Walk

Went for a walk with my friends Gill and Karen and was glad to see that Karen is walking much better - she ruptured her Achilles back in May. It has been a long recovery for her and she is still not able to do too much particularly if the terrain is tricky, but today she seemed to have hit a milestone.
