And a Saturday night gin :-) I don’t often photograph food but the colourful plate just asked to be pictured. It tasted even better. The resident chef truly excelled himself especially as he had spent the day officiating at Diocesan Synod! It’s a Hairy Bikers recipe and seems a fitting tribute in the week Dave Myers sadly lost his cancer battle.
