urgh

What I though was a cold has turned into the most ridiculous sinus infection that's spread to my ears. Coffee, extra vitamins, sleep and day/night nurse seems to be keeping thing at bay but only just. Ironically the colour of the capsules is the colour of the stuff coming out of my nose. Only the capsules are less lurid.
