Union Terrace Gardens - Aberdeen

After seeing Robin at Large’s blips of the gardens we decided to visit today once the rain went off. 

Back in 1989, the redevelopment of the gardens was one of the first projects I worked on when I started working in Aberdeen. Pity it took decades to finally be upgraded. I think they have done a good job in keeping the gardens, but making them a bit more welcoming.
