Phone book

For as long as I can remember we have had a paper version of the local phone numbers delivered to our home in the form of a book. It used to get larger every year and big cities had 2 volumes as thick as a brick.

I notice this year it is thinner than ever. Our old phone number and address is in there which we feel is a breech of privacy. We have tried to get it removed but as we don’t have an account they can’t take it out. Bizarre. I wonder if that will go on forever. The phone line doesn’t work but we are still at the same address.

We had our son and family visit for lunch. They have 4 hungry boys. I cooked rissoles and we had hamburgers. Then they had sausage sandwiches and cake. I’m exhausted now.
