Goldfinch

I've seen them on the feeder quite often lately but they tend to be shy when I reach for my camera. This one was more obliging. 

A good day for sorting things in the potting shed. Moved a few seedlings I'm germinating  in the house around and started to tidy up outside so that I'll be ready to start planting in about a month. I'm so impatient but I've bargained with myself that I'll wait till after easter. The preparation is fun too. 

Cleaned out the bird bath. Oh dear those poor wee birds. I've been neglecting them. 

Not a busy day but it feels quite productive. Hope yours is too.
