First MAT session

At 10 am I did my first MAT session.
It was with Susan and it took 2 hrs altogether.
I felt a bit like - oh my god - am I doing this really?
She felt great afterwards - which is a goid sign.
I jumped directly in Jo_s Masterclass then Lisa's Plug and play at 4:30.

I did not get out but cooked dinner for us.
