Progress

Progress is being made on the new housing estate (or luxury development) with completion nearing on the three remaining houses. 
If I were a planning officer or councillor I would do everything to make these developers install solar panels on each roof to help offset the running costs of the air source heating these come with. One new owner told me he was budgeting £10,000 for electricity costs for the first year. It was quiet some time before I could say, 'How much?'
