Behind this car at a light. Vanity plates, where you can have almost anything you can fit in 6 or 7 characters, are cheap in AZ, so lots of people have them. It's fun to try to figure them out. Here's hoping this is an indicator of the driver's favorite band, rather than a commentary on the Mini.
