Back yard ultra

His was the night sky on Saturday as I arrived to crew Paul through the night.

Runners have approx one hour to run 4.196 mile loops and have to be on the start line just before the hour comes around again!

Paul was going well when I arrived and was happy with the maccies treats I appeared with!
