The Rock Shag (Leucocarbo magellanicus)
It was a cold summer morning and a Rock Shag was Landing on an old wooden pier, in the Falkland Islands, when I managed to capture this image just before it touched base amongst his group. Several birds of the same type, undisturbed by any human proximity, gave a wild and beautiful appearance to the place, named Goose Green - East Falkland island.
