Reflections

at low tide. What a different day. So calm and sunny today. An early walk for me with the camera at low tide. Yoga and then a family lunch in Eastbourne at a lovely little favourite restaurant - Skylark. First time the family altogether since Christmas  :)) and the occasion was for Mother's Day and my birthday (in a couple of weeks)....as we will be away.
Extras : beach scene (bigger picture of main), an upended log and lighthouse again ( very different to a recent stormy blip).
