Rum For Breakfast

My souvenir of Mrs S’s day trip to London, a jar of F&M Dark Navy Rum Marmalade the perfect start to the day for an ex matelot!
I took myself down to the boatyard for the Epic Club Row a little earlier than usual, with the ‘drop outs’ it was likely that not all of us would get to row, as it turned out with me offering to carry out maintenance everyone else got to row.

I spent the evening reading, access to Cornwall Library via the ‘Borrowbox’ comes with its limitations, just like a ‘real’ book these have to be returned on time. I’m trying to get through one of Ken Follets 600 pagers, the latest in the Kingsbridge series.

I’ll get there though.
