Beach Days

A fabulous morning dip with the MHS swim group. Always so good for the soul, and the mind and the body. The Nutella marshmallow Rice Krispie traybake went down very well. Then a really lovely catch up with Z and some cuddles from H as they came over for a pot luck lunch and a walk at the beach. So good to catch up and a lovely day of connection, beach time and relaxing.
