Tortured

I sat down nearby and had a wonderful veggie sandwich.  I did notice him when I came in, he was rather striking looking.  Then a bit later I noticed him having a very animated conversation with himself with a lot of hand gestures.  He sat there for quite a while having iced tea but I never did see him interact with the staff.  I don't know if it's anxiety, he didn't seem schizophrenic.  It must be difficult and lonely.
