Virginia gets a ticket...

NOT a good day on the water today. Open ship, and the Floating Farmer's market today.

First - it was the Health Department, who came aboard to verify that all of the produce vendor's had proper city business licenses.

Then, just ONE hour later, it was the Seattle Police Department, Harbor Patrol Unit boat number FOUR who decided to drop in for a "visit."

We were SURE that that they stopped in for some reason, other than just a social visit :)

Poor Virginia thought for sure that she was in trouble - but turns out that the officers on SPD Patrol Boat number four, had watched the local TV special the previous night regarding the Virginia V, and decided to stop in at the Taco Boat to try the taco boat lunch special.

Special thanks to SPD officer / captain Tom Henshaw who was kind enough to turn on the flashing blue lights to add a little extra "drama" to today's story :) Hope you and your assistant had a wonderful lunch Officer Henshaw!

NO ticket for Virginia - as she WAS THE ticket for Thursday in Seattle!
