Three weeks before we blast off for almost 3 months. I printed last year's packing list and starting piling the easy stuff on the couch in my office.   Osprey. Ortlieb. Origami. Gaiam. Supplements stashed in ziplocs.  Adapters. Power station. Euros. Passport. International License. The Christmas package to the Sicilian cousins that I could not send from US (boring story).  A bit chaotic, but that's why I start packing, prepping and piling 3 weeks in advance.
