Jack & I Had Matching Bandages

I was quite glad to see the end of this weekend if I am honest! I went to the yard this morning to tend to Jack and his injury and managed to tip boiling tea over my arm.

By the time I had got to a cold tap and got my sleeve out of the way I had quite a nasty burn on my inner forearm. So we were alternating smothering Jack’s leg and my arm with the arnica cooling gel! His leg was still swollen but the wound looked clean so we redressed and bandaged it and left him with a big hay net.

I spent the rest of the day with my arm wrapped in Boots burn gel and cling film and it worked a treat, some blisters but not too uncomfortable and Jack and I ended up with matching bandages.
