After the rain...

... the sun? I wish! It started raining about 14:30 yesterday and it seems to have continued all through the night. It's stopped now, but it's still very grey and extremely damp outside. The raindrops did rather enhance the poppy buds in the front garden though as they shone like little diamonds on this miserable morning... And so to my title, words from the hymn 'Glad that I live am I' and despite the miserable weather I echo that sentiment!
