Quilt sandwich

To those for whom this is a mysterious craft, this blip will mean little. Quilters may recognise the significance of my having finished the backing (with black floral stripe) and basting my quilt sandwich with about 200 curved safety pins.
After crawling around the floor for about 2 hours to get this far I am stiff, tired and relieved. I have three weeks to finish the quilting and binding  before the wedding for which this is a present.
Roll on tomorrow and the start of the next stage.
I know it doesn't look like much yet, but I can see the finished product in my mind's eye. Phew.
