In the room where it happened

Drove home….listening to The secrets of Blythwood Square all the way. Enjoyed it, and finished it just as I got to the ring road at Edinburgh, so the timing! Didn’t stop to see P as he was at a hospital appointment today.
Nice to find A&N at the house with a cup of tea and cards and beautiful flowers waiting for me. We had some cake and a little rest, then got ready and they treated me to dinner out at Soi38 before going to the Festival Theatre to see Hamilton. Loved it again, and N was blown away by it as it was his first time seeing it. Enjoyed watching the chorus members working non stop around the stage and also the small but excellent musicians in the pit. So much to take in!
Quickly home after and straight to bed, buzzing!
