View from the bus stop shelter
In the last couple of days I stumbled across a blog about the work of New York photographer Saul Leiter. I was interested in his curious style of street photography - many images taken through smeared or misted windows with reflections sometimes disguising the view through the glass. Today I was inspired to attempt to copy that style - just for the hell of it. I'm not sure I love the result, but I enjoyed the exercise.
I notice that there is currently an exhibition of Leiter's work at the MK gallery.
