Cheese and Onion Muffins

A long time since I last posted, a lot has happened, where do I start.
Food .... I discovered this wonderful recipe in a Tesco's magazine, I had to adapt the recipe a little, as I did not have enough Spring Onions, so I used Shallots, which turned out just as good... Yummy
I had a wonderful afternoon catching up with Anne, and we still have not caught up on all the gossip. I even forced one of my muffins on her :)
