An evening stroll through the city

I had mùy first day of internship as a palliative volunteer. I worked in the day care center were about 9 persons can stay from 9U30 till about 16U30. They are welcomed with a drink apetiser and then we listen to them and have a conversation. They get served a meal and afterwards can take some rest. In the afternoon it is coffee time with dessert.They can also enjoy relaxing therapy or playing a game listining to music whatever they like. But most of them enjoy a good talk. Most of them are terminal and have a limited life span , but can live at home.It was interresting experience for me. Thursday i will have internship on the pallaitive unit. This is the end station were they come for their final days.The unit can hospitalize 5 people.
