Origami Cure

I went see a contemporary dance performance by Fearghus Ó Conchúir in the Firkin Crane as part of the Cork Midsummer Festival. 'Cure' explored themes of addiction, despair, and recovery. Ó Conchúir is a magnificent dancer with an impressive physique.

While developing the piece, he and one of the choreographers made these origami cranes, which were suspended from the ceiling on the staircase in the venue. Beautiful.
