Glencorse
As it was a nice day we decided to go for a walk in the Pentlands. Plan A had us parking at Flotterstone and doing a round from there, but the car park was closed for work. We then went to Plan B and parked at Castlelaw Hill Fort and walked from there. Our objective was a couple of Turf zones we’d not been to before and an ascent of Harbour Hill. It was quite warm and we only needed our jackets at the top. The blip is a view of Glencorse reservoir and the extra view from Harbour Hill with the Broxburn Bings and the snowy peak of Stobinian and its eastern tops.
Best on black.
